Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the Package or add-in you have purchased please call +44 1527 558 247 or email to request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

You must provide clear reasons for the requesting the refund - e.g. you have bought the wrong package for your requirements

You must provide us with identifiable information from your order (including, but not limited to: order number and last 4 digits of credit card number used for purchase)

Payments made by Credit Card: Refunds are made only to the credit card which was used for the purchase

Your access to the related Package or add-in will be removed as soon as the refund has been made

Refunds of Packages will not be permitted if:

  • You have publicized any Mobile Site's url built on the Wapple Platform (Canvas, Architect and Exhibit individually or collectively) through any marketing activity
  • If the Site built on the Wapple Platform has had more than 20 unique visitors access it within the initial 7 days
  • You have previously been provided with demo access to the Wapple Platform for more than 7 days
  • You have used a Free Trial or Free Developer Program and been provided with access to the Wapple Platform for more than 7 days before making a purchase
